CONCEPT: DISJOIN
I was really interested in the points of disconnection and also the negative space between the plastic bottle twist.
Point and line are evident in many parts of the piece. The sharp angles and edges represent points, and the twisted/ twirled part of the plastic bottle represents dynamic lines.

CONCEPT: MALLEABLE + DISTORTED
The concept of Malleable and distortion inspired my foil experimentation, resulting in a structural form. The foil's flexible characteristics allowed for me to explore various scrunching & twisting movements. I found that this was quite a transformative experience as it went from a flat piece of foil into a spacious interior.
